The Lickerish Quartet (3 ex-Jellyfish members)
« on: March 13, 2020, 09:13:47 AM »
With all the Jellyfish fans around here, I’m surprised that no one is talking about this.

I really enjoyed the first song, but it wasn’t like “OMG THEY ARE BACK”...

I’m still intrigued enough to pick up the first EP when it drops.

I posted it the other day in the calendar topic, but yes, I'm rather curious about these, even though Andy Sturmer isn't with them.

I do enjoy some of Roger Manning's solo records.

Also their drummer Jeremy Stacey, has played with King Crimson

He also played drums on most of Steven Wilson's last album.

Been a fan since the first EP dropped.  Good stuff.  I also still love their Imperial Drag project.

The very soul of what was once real music is now lost in a digital quagmire of emotionless sonic madness.

Hi Friends,
A little note to tell you that we have decided to let The Lickerish Quartet fold into our memories for good. What started in 2017 to collaborate together with our pal Jeremy Stacey on drums fulfilled so many dreams for us. THANK YOU for listening, following and encouraging us along the way these past 6 years! Music is eternal, and we are happy knowing you found our little Lighthouse Spaceship!
love,
Roger, Eric and Tim
