Hard one for me. song-to-song comparison, Met wins. But FF is not supposed to be a stand alone song and it works so great as an album closer.

To me Finally Free works more than fine as a stand alone song. There's no way to take Through my Words out of Scenes, but if you remove all the sound effects from the song and change the lyrics, you have a pretty awesome melodic epic song. (One Last Time reprise aside, that would come out of nowhere now that I think of it)
