I need to listen to all of these again, but Stonehenge and (Listen to the) Flower People are no-brainers.  Big Bottom and Rock and Roll Creation would probably be up there as well.

I love the style of humor they incorporate, and essentially built a franchise around. But for whatever reason I don't find This is Spinal Tap all that amusing. It's a good film, but it doesn't get the chuckles out of me like so many others from the, what I'll call, Christopher Guest Troupe/Genre.
