My dad had not has he cancer treatment in 3 months.  They wanted to give him a break.  The new scan results showed that nothing has spread and nothing have grown in the 3 months.  They are not treating him another 3 months so that's great news.

Very happy for you.   Fingers crossed we keep adding "three months" each time!!!

My 4th will consist of painting a bathroom door and mowing the lawn.  WHOOPIE!!

We'll have a fire pit in the evening.

:lol That'll be a well deserved reward though. I might go over to my buddy's place since he has a fire pit as well. Not sure yet.

I've been watching the wildlife in my backyard the last couple months being home all the time. So I bought some sunflower seed bird food and placed it out last night. I was able to get some good views and video of my local cardinal grabbing the seeds, cracking them in its mouth, then flying over to the nearby tree to feed its baby. That put a smile on my face.

Took about a month and a half off coffee; the last couple days I've resumed my morning cappuccino and it's just the best way to start the day.

Why’d you cave?  No judgement ... I’m a 3 cup a day guy myself.

I mean, over a decade of daily, multiple energy drinks + coffee + pre-workout supplements was a bit too much caffeine  :lol so I cut it all out cold turkey. Now after a nice break I'm back to just having my coffee in the mornings and everything's A-OK. Tastes so good after taking 6-7 weeks off and it actually wakes me up whereas earlier this year it was just kind of another morning drink.

I reached out to someone with an olive branch and they accepted.  Made me happy.  It makes me realize that having stupid grudges or whatever, are just silly.  It’s not like we will be best friends, but we did agree to be civil and nice to each other.  With so much negativity, hatred, and tribalism going on, it was nice to break out of a negative situation and into a positive one.  Sometimes I guess all you have to do is ask, and be willing to change a bit.  :)
Oh shit, you're right!

It seems there will be a 2020-2021 tour season for me, after all.

Since every tour cycle we put a new production in the mix, this year is gonna be Franz Von Suppè's Boccaccio.

Basically, a comic take on The Plague  ;D

YAY.  Congratulations.

Second on the "making peace".  I know for me, I've been basically BINGING on Neal Morse lately, and largely because it's just such positive, happy music.  There's a dearth of that right now in the world - at least my world (I've literally stopped watching the news other than scanning headlines to be aware and to get local weather) - so it's nice every once in a while to have a little patch of "positive".
