Nice little surprise:

My daughter's sorority sponsored a bracket, and I think there were between 250 and 300 entries.  I think I did okay.

$5.  No prize, it's a fundraiser (I hope I can say that here.)

Damn... I was hoping the 1200 was the prize amount you won!  That would've made you happy (ier).

I won a t-shirt from the sorority!  :)

So, I'm watching Legomasters, and Will Arnett made a Soundgarden/Audioslave joke.  One of the two Lego Master's commented on it, but I'm thinking no one really got the joke.  Is Audioslave THAT big a band?  It made me happy, though.

Got to hang out with a friend of mine. When I saw him yesterday he told me that he has been busy because he was recruited to play lead-guitar for a band that is touring Europe next month and even playing at Hell-fest in June  :metal He has been working towards this for years, so it made me happy to know it is happening.

Congrats TAC, I normally don't care about peoples' milestones, but always enjoy hearing how long people have been (hopefully!) happily married.

22 years ago today was the first and last blind date of my life...and she's peacefully sleeping in the room across the hall. Great fun to think about.

Awesome, Tim. Congrats.

Indeed... it all came about rather out of the blue and quickly.  I'll post more details later in the job interviewing thread.
