Rudess hands down for me.  To me, the keys are driving a lot of the songs, even the ones that sound very guitar-driven on the surface.

I Chose MM.  I think his drums are the most inspired on this album than on any previous he's done with DT.  I absolutely love the drum work on this album!  Particularly on the intro to Paralized.  :metal

I was really rooting for him prior to this album release and, for me, he brought it home and then some.

For some reason I was thinking of ADToE! I change my vote to JP. This a pure guitar driven album.

A toss-up between JP and JM.  Yes it is a guitar driven album, but Myung is responsible for S2N!  That's how important that song is to me, and the bass-lines are stellar throughout the whole album! JM's bass playing likely brings out the best in Mangini.

Yup

honorable mention to MM, he's amazing here.  I mean, the whole band is, but JP and MM stand out the most to me.

This one is really tough but I think it's JP imo.
From a Mega Man Legends island jamming power metal to a Walrus listening to black metal, I like your story arc.

I think this is a more well-rounded album like Octavarium, but I think I'm going to have to give some props to LaBrie here. imo this has some of his best melodies outside of The Astonishing and it feels like he's settled into a comfortable range. Mangini would be my second choice.
