Good that he feels confident about his voice.
Can't say i agree about the sentiment though, he sounds strained to my ears, quite flat on some songs and his enunciation is not that great either.

The difference between the ADTOE where i had seen them and the recent tour was quite obvious to my ears.

He’s been really hit or miss the past few tours. Along for the Ride was good, especially in the US, Astonishing was adequate with moments of brilliance, Images & Words Anniversary was really really rough, even accounting for the harder material, and this current tour is much better albeit definitely showing signs of lingering weakness and fatigue.
