I didn't have to ask, because I read the OP! 

To make it even more interesting and give you a chance to redeem yourself in case you get low score (or just for fun): you can send me a song you think is tastebreaker and that way get 1-3 points more that you would otherwise, potentially shifting your rivals down by a few points (but you can't get more than maximum number of points). Few examples: jazz would probably get you a point since I like it but don't really listen to it that much and do not consider myself a fan. You'd get 3 points for something like reggae (I hardly ever heard it and I'm not sure if I want ). Hip-hop is somewhere in between. You'll have to make a case (a sentence or two), why you think you should get those bonus points and I'll consider it after I hear it for the first time (and you'll get a chance to resubmit if I don't think it's tastebreaker).

Probably 2-2.5. And I don't have to like it, you'll just get 3 points instead of 1

You can get it in every round. You just need to send something I rarely listen to, doesn't matter if the same genre was sent before.

What about: straightforward rock and metal - you said you were starting to listen to it more, so would it not qualify?

Just curious, though I don't expect I'm going to get many taste breaker points.

Oh no, you wouldn't get any bonus points for almost any kind of metal, more popular genres of rock, indie, certain types of electronic and pop music etc.
More examples: mainstream pop would probably get you 1 point - not something I usually listen to but I'm familiar with.
3 points - if it's something I even hear very rarely and never listen to on my own

Fun fact: There are two bands I received in my previous roulettes and one band I checked once before and forgot about. Never listened to anything else before and even didn't hear of some bands. So I'd say I like how it's going, not to obvious submissions so far

Combining elements of old and new, sounds really fresh and not predictable at all, even though influences are obvious.

Reminds me of a band that's on my banned list a lot but it lacks something that other band has, at least I don't hear it yet. Enjoyable song nevertheless.

I just don't hear it (yet). It feels just bland and kinda boring.

The best way to describe this song is that it's just sounds, don't like production that much but it'll definitely grow on me once I pick up everything that's happening.

Now, this is not what I expected at all. And that's good thing.
