Yes - the higher seeds will vote on their preference for EP, Greatest Hits, Album
No - each higher seed can choose for their respective matchup

On the one hand I like to encourage more submissions. On the other hand, time zones being what they are... its not exactly fair to the person who sends second.

I'm abstaining.  I think that it's your call - depends if you really want to maximize the number of songs/bands you get exposed to, or if you're in it for fun as much as musical discovery.  I've seen hosts play it both ways.

I have no preference.

It is long.  I love Hands Of Darkness. That's a great instrumental.
