Today was about 90, same expected tomorrow. "Normal" Sping is usually 65-75 max. A hot Summer here is a humid 95 plus.

Middle of summer we will get 90-95 consistently.  90 already seems high thinking about where your season is falling.

But 65-75 is what......18 to 21 degrees C going by Google.  That's Summer!  Lol.  21 degrees is middle of winter here.  Daytime temps in our winter is normally 25-26 haha.

Here in Europe temperature isn't neither too high or low but since February there are periods that are kinda hot and then again the colder periods. It's normal for Spring but this years it's extreme. One day I'm out in short pants, few days later I need to take my winter jacket out of the closet lol.

Almost 90 in Minnesota yesterday too. While I appreciate the accelerated melting of snow, I like 60s and 70s in spring. It's going back to cooler temps over the weekend, but the problem is that 50s will feel cold now after a few days in the 80s. 50 is supposed to feel warm in the spring in Minnesota.

Is there a reason to think the person is BSing?  If so, yeah, I'd be pissed. I mean, even if they are legit sick, I may still be pissed at the circumstances if that fucked me over.  But kind of hard to be legit mad at a sick person. I'd probably rather be healthy and at work than sick and at home.

I used to get in trouble for not calling in sick. I would be so worried about letting people down I would go in no matter how sick I was. Led to some huge mistakes on my part because I was so out of it. I've gotten better as I got older and now that I actually have tons of help. I don't feel so guilty anymore.

I got scolded when I was younger coming into the office sick.  My current job has a lot of sick time and I'm very much encouraged to use it.

I'm not the type of guy to make people come in when they are sick nor do I reprimand them in any way.  Peoples thresholds are different I know and accept that.  I was just venting as it happens all the time and more and more, that's all.
