My first thought was.."Gee, you really are Wildranger".

But then I'd be worried Bosk would ban me for personally attacking Wildranger!
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.  ;D
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

I didn't know she was still an active music creator.

Interesting.  Her stuff from the 80s and 90s is classic, for sure.  Thereafter, there was a notable drop in quality, at which point she kind of dropped off my radar.

I'm actually very curious about this.  She is iconic, and I imagine it's hard for her to see the likes of The Lady Gaga, Demi Lovato, P!nk, etc. and not say "wha? I did that 30 years ago!".  So she's always been able to reinvent, so I'd like to see if she looks backwards, or looks to where she sees music moving in the future.

The last Madonna album I actually enjoyed was confessions on the dance floor. After that I pretty much checked out.

I've only heard the 3 singles off the new album so far. Its alright I guess.

Her last album actually had a few good songs (title track, Joan of Arc and Ghosttown), but it also had Bitch I'm Madonna, which is nothing short of god-awful.

I've tried to get into Madonna (heh heh heh, huh huh huh) but the only song that I've ever really liked a lot was Frozen.

I suspect that many who grew up in the 80's have some type of fondness or appreciation for her, but I think the vast majority of her hits from that decade have not aged well.

Borderline, Live to Tell, Like a Prayer and La Isla Bonita are all still really good.

Like a Virgin, Lucky Star, True Blue and Who's That Girl...not so much.

I don't give a shit about her music but I've always found her so damn sexy and one of my teenage celeb crushes (along with about 1000 other women).  Even for her age now I'd be all over her.

Her Monroe look in Justify My Love is insane.

I've never really found her sexy.

Likewise, and I was never particularly fond of her music in the 80s either when it was all over the radio/MTV.

lol this should be a no brainer

also, I think could be kind of hot, but I never saw her as some sex idol as many others did.

I have my own memories of my parents playing her music as a kid, but I can't say I have any interest in her anymore.

I never thought Madonna was that attractive either, but she has always known how to present herself to where she had sex appeal.  When it comes to marketing, she is second to none when it comes to popular music of the last 50 years.  She is a marketing genius.

I think I feel more fondly of this than her music nowadays honestly.  I watched this movie a few months ago and still love it.

OK, when I was at 'critical age' she released Hung Up, which just samples a superior song (Gimme Gimme Gimme is one of the greatest pop songs ever). Still I understand her status as sex symbol and Gagas and Perrys are lightweights when compared to her and she has had some amazing songs to boot. While I don't necessarily like her modern output, she is still a pop music legend and I salute her for a longstanding career. Keep shocking Piers Morgans around the globe, My Donna  :heart!

Great flick!  I find the "did Dotty drop the ball on purpose at the end?" debate to always be fun.  I still contend she did not.

I think she's pretty darn sexy in "Like A Prayer", especially the end.  That whole sun dress with a strap pulled off the shoulder thing is a good look, if anyone's asking me.

Whenever I take an extended pee break, I for some reason always think of that scene where Tom Hanks takes a minute long piss. I don't know why I think of it. That scene always made me laugh.

But anyways, I kinda forgot Madonna was in that movie.

Whenever it hurts when I pee I think of him in The Green Mile.

Not that it happens often, mind you.

That is a good look in general, and that video probably is about the best she ever looked (about 7/10).

It's funny because it wasn't until my last watch where I actually thought "wait, was that on purpose?" I always assumed not, but I never even thought about it until that last watch, which was maybe my first watch in like 15 years or so.

For the 7 fans here...

https://www.madonna.com/news/title/madonna-and-warner-music-group-announce-milestone--career-spanning-partnership

Only a casual fan, but I'd love to hear a 5.1 of the Ray of Light album (that sounds good, aka not remixed to fit on Spotify).  Probably a pipe dream, though...
