Home Fresh.   My wife and I have been doing this for three weeks or so now.  It usually takes about a half hour to make dinner - I love to cook, so that's fun - and we get a nice mix of meals that I don't have to shop for.

Is that similar to hello fresh? I got sent a gift card for them with some textbooks I ordered and was thinking about giving it a shot.

No, it's Home... It might be "Home Chef".

I'm happy about my two days off. I haven't had two days off in about a month and a half. It's been one day off for a while and I didn't expect to be this burnt out. Two days in a row feels like a vacation.  :lol

...and I still won't have enough time to do all that I need to do.  :-X

RIP DTP.

Don’t take this moments for granted. As those are hard to come by. Congratulations and take care of her.

Right now I’m happy to be off work. I’m currently waking up from a hotel because I’m taking the weekend off for my birthday. Besides that, Happy I got myself a new guitar :) I bought myself an 1989 Febder Strat. Not as good as my Majesty but still pretty cool guitar.  :metal

That I found a strong, driven women that once in a while needs my shoulder. 25 years of marriage is 7 months away.

I am lucky to have her in my life. Half of my life really.

I hung out with my sister and her two kids yesterday. They're 1 and almost 3 years old.  :heart

Let's not over-react, there's no depression or anything like that, but it's sort of a struggle to answer this recently.  Lot's of things "crowding in", so to speak.   Having said that, I went to bed last night (a chore lately, as I have a "frozen shoulder" that hurts, well, all the time, as well as a stomach bug I'm battling) and as I got settled, my wife just sort of scooched over and snuggled her butt up against me.

That ^, right there.  :)

After less than a year in my new job, my boss calls me and not only gives me a 3% raise, but gives me a bonus that was 10 times more than what I thought I MIGHT get.  I was speechless.  Took a couple grand from it and building an outdoor shower as part of our pool/patio area.  5'x5' with stained cedar, glass tile, LED lights, a nice bench, and travertine tile floor.  I am going to LIVE in that shower this year.

BOTH Daughters killing it is softball, and more importantly in school with high honors.  The best was the new travel coach, comes up and tells my wife and I what a great kid the oldest is...just a really nice kid.  Made us proud.

And I have dropped 60 lbs. since September, and my sugar/cholesterol/BP are all WAY down and normal.

First Disney trip of the year one month away.

Wife and I getting along really well.  20 years in, that is not a given.
