Yeah, I liked the song. I was definitely into it, but it was surely a safe choice. I knew Kade didn't send it to me. I have the first Freefall album and thought it was pretty weak. And while this was relatively generic, it was generic in a good way.

OK, I just sent the Light Results off to Stadler. I'll post them after dinner tomorrow night, approx 8:00PM EST.

I'm a day behind, so please try and get the Life & Death tracks in tomorrow. Stadler likes to cut out early n Fridays and I would like to be locked and loaded for the weekend.

Two more rounds to go.

Remember the last round is an OPEN round, and you may send bands that have been sent previously in this roulette, regardless of the score.
Just be sure to tell Stadler for the last round if you want your song in the Crybaby group or the Blue Balls group. Again, those are not the themes. It is an OPEN round.

Anyway, this was an excellent round which was very difficult to stack rank, especially the bottom half which is still a bunch of excellent tunes. This round hurts because I really liked all of the songs, including the ones in the bottom half. Unfortunately the stack is brutal.

Sweet! That Mountain cut is really good, and Leslie West is an underappreciated master. Speaking of under the radar great guitarists, the song has also been covered by the great John Norum.

I saw Leslie get in a fight with the drummer opening for Triumph. The drummer was slinging drumsticks off his cymbals at Leslie and at the end of the show, Leslie rammed his guitar head through the base drum head.
