Even if you hvae ATT, it's spotty.  Worked fine at my house and I was able to stream music on my commute up until about 10 miles from my offie and since then ive been off cell service.  Kind of crazy how large the outage is. Got some people thinking about an EMP or something, but more likely some network engineer made a typo somewhere.
