I've been busy between with work and relationship shit. Home life has gotten a bit better lately, my mental health has improved a decent amount, annnnd work has been... Well... Work lol.

For a while at work I was dealing with a lot of unneeded pressure from higher ups for stupid stuff but that's smoothed out for the most part. They have figured out that I'm reliable and get my job done with high numbers on my delivery metrics, so I get left alone.

Going into the busy season so I'm going to be working 55-60 hour weeks soon. Luckily due to DOT regulation I cant go over 60 hours... So I've got that going for me or else I probably would be pulling 65 hour weeks.

I wasn't into the batman animated series, but I obviously am aware of how impactful it was and how he is a lot of people's Batman.

I'm really glad he got the chance to play live action Bruce Wayne before he died.

Now I'm here to bitch about our employees.  They are ungrateful.  We are setting up a party for them on December 1st.  They get a $300 present of their choice.  They are all bitching that they have to pick a present and want a gift card.  The company can't for tax purposes.  Then some don't want to travel to the restaurant 20 minutes from the warehouse.  Are you kidding me?!  Other mad that they are not getting paid saying it's on company time.  Only those scheduled to work while we shut down will get paid.  I had a guy complain that they are getting embroidered pull over jackets for us.  "I don't wear them."

I'm at my wits end with this.  I want them to bask in a huge accomplishment but a lot of them are acting like idiots.
