Is there any way to resurrect the famous Gahhl thread???
« on: January 26, 2019, 10:49:28 PM »
I've been in the DT fan community ever since the Under the Cyber Moon years...and one of the things I miss more than anything else is the Gahhl photoshops from the MP.com forum.   They were among the most famous photoshops of all time, and now most of them are gone from the original site.

Can anyone (or everyone) resurrect the old ones and maybe even invent new ones?   I need nostalgia....and a deep belly laugh.

(don't judge me...you you have no idea what my life is doing right now.   I need this.)

Well, I don't know what that thread is, but I'd suggest you try Internet Wayback Machine. With some luck there might be an old archived copy around somewhere.

Can we track down SteveJohnson? He was epic at those.

It's funny, I recently saw a story somewhere about Gaahl having a new band and I immediately thought of those awesome Gaahl photoshop threads.

EDIT: Turns out Steve has a website out there and he has his entries from the Tr00 Life Adventures series. You should find all of his on the page below.

Ah, the memories.

beul ni teh efac = Lube In The Face / That has to be wrong.  :lol / EDIT: Oh, it's Blue! I'm an idiot.
Pardon the interruption, but I just had to run in and celebrate the majesty of Lube in the Face as highest moment in roulette history

Ah, the memories.

Those fake magazine covers were all absolutely amazing! But I particularly liked it when everybody got involved and turned it into a giant “where’s Waldo?“ Type of situation.

I think my favorite was the It’s a Wonderful Life picture.
