I don't get how insomnia could be better than any of the other songs here aside from that chiptune bit it's almost entirely devoid of flavor and it's just... an alright visions song

I dont know, I really like Insomnia and Visions as a whole, would love to see Insomnia make it out of this round.  Probably my favorite of the bunch.  I'm actually a bit surprised that I am clearly not the only one who isn't a fan of Cockroach King.  Kind of thought it would win the playoffs, but might not survive longer.

I will say that visions is my least favorite Haken album by a pretty decent margin, they put it out in only a year and a half and boy does it show in the uninspired, holding steady without pushing boundaries sound of the entire album

It's the only album where they didn't really try something new

And I agree with Parama about Visions, it's easily my least favourite Haken album. I love the title track though.
