I take it back, this is like all the best parts of ATDI, Mars Volta, Sparta, Sunny Day Real Estate, and Fall of Troy all condensed down. The production is a little on the harsh side and the vocals aren't the greatest, but musically this is pretty awesome.

Edit - Good god, I don't know how you found this band, but only halfway in to the album and I've gone ahead and bought it, plus En Medio De La Tormenta and Explosión Del Cosmos Del Alma from their bandcamp page...

I love this band so far, been following them on facebook for a year or more.  Like a teenage Warpaint.

New Poly-Math (single track EP) is great, possibly topping Melencolia

It's on my to listen list. Have a number of albums ahead of it still though. I've liked all their previous albums.

Have you checked out Greg Chandler's other band Lychgate? Their last album was just ok, but their first 2 are great!

So Liturgy's new album HAQQ just released today. I'm not sure what to think about it. It's sort of like Devin Townsend mixed with Krallice, but with the strangeness cranked up to 11.

Hypno5e - A Distant (Dark) Source
Sleep Token - Sundowning

Two AOTY contenders in one day, what the hell. Super surprised by how good the Sleep Token album is, the way they were leading up to the release was kind of lame but now that it's all out there I'm pretty hyped
