Completely unrelated: just got home from a show at Beacon Theater where Dream theater will be playing on April 12 (saw Star Talk with Degrasse Tyson). The venue switch my seats because of production changes and the new seats I got where the same seats I purchased for DT. Just thought I should share.

I hope it's like The Shaman's Trance in the sense that they decide to give it a better name just before it's released...but the song kicks ass regardless.

I still think the song should have been called The Shaman's Trance and the album Bridges in the Sky.

"Barstool Warrior" sounds cheesy and awesome!

"Fall Into The Light" sounds like a "Constant Motion" type single. I do like the descriptions for the two other tracks as well. Too early to speculate, but from the sounds of things I wouldn't be surprised if the album has a similar structure with "Awake".

Most of the songs landing in the 6 minute range, with a couple of tracks in the 10+ minute range. A bit of baseless speculation I know, but it's fun.

Not sure what that means or why it is somehow a knock on Syme.  Using stock images is kind of a standard thing these days (hence why an organization as large and reputable as the NYT did and does).
