I can tell a few things about the final round:

- 2 people sent bands exclusively from America's Hat
- 1 artist was sent in my album roulette
- 1 artist I will be seeing in the first half of ProgPower USA 2019
- 1 person sent 2 artists I've actually wanted to explore for many years
- including the final round, 3 out of 11 participants sent 3 different artists every. single. round.

My favorite Elite submission is that Thrice song The Whaler. Holy phuq. Got me hooked on this band with those three songs.

No one said it sucks mate and no one said they were wishing it was over.

I will say it does seem difficult to pinpoint your tastes with the scoring a little erratic based on styles and whatnot. Just when one thinks they have what you like nailed the scores go for a bit of a nose dive. Just an observation from my point of view, but that's tastes and that's rouletteing and you like what you like. I guess that's why my last 3 submissions are completely different and left field. I've really enjoyed participating in the roulette and glad you are able to finish it.

I think I've gotten criticism similar to that in my roulette, too, but to be honest, I'm less about genres than I am bands. And even with bands, I'm up and down. Michael Schenker; if it's Barden or Bonnet singing, I'm in. McCauley or White? Not so much. I can be really picky in some ways - I love Cinderella... except when they try to be cowboys and/or the Stones circa Beggars Banquet (ala Heartbreak Station) - and I can be very open-minded - I love Taylor Swift. I really like One Direction, but LITERALLY not one other boy band.

So I pity the fool that is trying to use "genre" to guess my tastes.
