Anathema, based on your last.fm listening history and judgement of this song, is just not really for you. Lee Douglas has a couple of really powerful tunes on the new album though, didn't figure you would be a bigger fan of her.

A short song would be difficult for sure, but thankfully at least you didn't pick the instrumental.

To provide clarity... the category is "Epic OR Shorty". Not one of the handicapper's choosing. So, Evermind's handicap is not SHORTY, but either and epic/15 minute+ track, or a short / under 3½ minute track.

Same goes for the others... "instrumental OR ballad"; "number OR color"; "aggressive OR mellow" etc...

And the handicap sticks this time, as jj was the recipient of the immunity idol this round (which does NOT rollover into future rounds).

Wow, top spot. I’ll take that. I love this album. I had a bit of a crisis of confidence the other night when I played it as I enjoyed some other songs more but really glad you liked it.
It’s not often an AOR band does something a bit different.

I have Spotify scrobbling turned off at the moment - so no one can cheat with the blurry pics! - which is why it doesn't show morelistens for Stages. Pretty decent album, but not wow-worthy like 'Rooms' is. You may have just dodged a shoddy score.
