Guys, there were pictures of a board with "track #8" written on it released.
I use my sig to pimp some bands from Italy! Check out Elvenking (Power / Folk metal), Folkstone (Rock / Medieval metal), Arcana Opera (Gothic/Noir/Heavy metal) and the beautiful voice of Elisa!

I'm refreshing this and twitter a lot. My hype has diminished just a liiiittle bit, but I know that the end result will be good.

Mine has diminished a lot more. Freddy is clearly playing with us by taking all the time in the world to post the clues, and it looks like it's going to take days, even the whole week, to finally get all we need to solve this. Instead of making me more excited, this just made me care less about it.

True. As mentioned before, it might have to do with the lable or the band. Maybe it's too early to hand out the info.

Then, we'll know things along with the other 90% of the fanbase who aren't even aware there's a treasure hunt to begin with.

The songs referenced so far in these tweets are, in order:

The Silent Man
Breaking All Illusions
Pull Me Under

That's probably gonna be important

Also worth noting, both questions involve unchanging velocity.

Or, constant motion  ;)

I knew it would be this way, I think I said it in other post.
This time it will take more and more time to go from one point (clie) to the other.

Well, imagine that the final treasure is the title of the new album, or the artwork, or as someone suggested a clip of the band rehearsing a new song in the studio. Once that is found out, how long do you think it takes for the news to spread around like wildfire? it's unrealistic that someone discovers, say, on the 26th of October pivotal news about the new album, and only on the 10th of November the band says "Oh, btw, as you all know already by word of mouth, the new album title is this".

I believe that the treasure seekers will be the first to learn details about the new record, but it won't take long after that for a formal announcement. Didn't Freddy anyway say something like "Well, it's up to the one that solves the puzzle to share what he/she finds"... they basically WANT the first one to solve it to post it everywhere, and after that will obviously come a former announcement.

Perhaps together with the fact that at the end of each week the solution was related to a specific album...

And for the people thinking it takes too long this time around : Freddi had announced that this puzzle would be harder to solve. It's a little bit frustrating but for me, it's part of the hype even more.

Freddie just Tweeted : "Traveling through both space and time, out of control, my wheels in constant motion. Going 186282 miles per second for 1578000 minutes how far do we go?"

The short answer is 3 light years. 186282 miles per second is the speed of light and 3 years have 1578000 minutes.

Yeah it should definitely be harder to solve, but the frustrating thing is not that it's too hard, but that we're getting small pieces many hours apart. I think most of us prefer that it be really hard but at least have all the clues in front of us.

Recap of what we have so far, along with the songs that were referenced:

The Silent Man : 5 hours

Breaking All Illusions

Pull Me Under: 85 meters

Constant Motion: 3 light years.

Also maybe noteworthy is that in the CM tweet, he omitted "Out of body, out of mind", though it might just be that he was quoting James's lines, and not an intentional coded omission

If it's like that now too, with one song per day with us having to wait another two weeks, then I my hype will really hit the bottom. Hopefully it's not like that.

If they just had the puzzle end this weekend or even today, it would have been a lot more exciting.

Counting Constant Motion now, there's been only one song from each album so far.

I think you're on to something there

So far it has been all about distance and speed, do you guys think it means something?
Also, what about the referenced songs? Have they something in common? Except the obvious fact of being DT songs :D
