I'm going to go back and read this entire thread, but while I do that, quick question:  Are there any unsolved puzzles at the moment?
Hi, Nick! It's an honor to meet you. I'm putting together a document on the hunt in Spanish, and have researched a lot of additional things, like previous DT challenges, and the history of fan communities. I found an archive of the Ytsejam Mailing List which includes some posts by you, so yeah - you're sort of legendary!

To answer your question: yes - the next 2, which we are waiting for. The previous 14 have been solved. (Some in 4 days, some in a couple of hours)

By the way, this is the hint Noxon said you were for us: https://twitter.com/FreddyJacobi/status/1035930167326199811

(Oh - shall I call you Nick, or Bogie?)

Well, look who showed up! You should know, you were a hint in one of the puzzles ;)

I see that - lol!  Better late than never, I suppose.

Looking forward to puzzle 15!

Of course!  :)

By the way: new password protected page on Vail Renovations site. Freddy created it a couple hours ago.

Seems that the puzzle will begin soon! :)

I don’t even understand these puzzles, but you can do it, guys! :metal
It sounds like, "ruk, ruk, ruk, ruk, ruk." Instead of the more pleasing kick drum sound of, "gzarruk, gzarruk, gzarruk, gzarruk."

That was part of the beginning, but it strictly began on his Twitter and the photo of James with the sheet.

"mm. I forgot some vowels. Like eaoa, and end with a ϕ"

Extra letters we need to combine with the puzzle pieces, maybe?

well, my guess is taking the filename of the photo (stgngr) and combining it with the things in the tweet yes. The Greek letter is a phi btw (part of the Majesty symbol as well.) Edit: turns out that we were both right. (yay intellect)

It might be. Some Discord guys are faster than us on the Gdoc sometimes.

Where we at now?
In short:

There's a game which, when solved, gives the following string of letters (plus a "!" at the end):

DLTHQSXERGFWPPBLWCENLRAEKNIIHUDDLPESAFB!

We have to remove/keep some of those letters, but it's not very clear which; at Discord, we are working on it.

Once we have that, we might have to decode/decrypt it using either a numeric key hinted in Freddy's first pic (which could be 20345 or 24345 with or without 97 somewhere) and/or the "+4,-2,+3,-1" from the second pic (like we did with puzzle #11).

It seems that the result will suggest the password to input here:
https://vailrenovations84552723.wordpress.com/the-last-puzzle-before-the-final-puzzle/

(Oh: the pic of the band looking at the screen is the coolest thing ever! :) Thank you Mike, Jordan, John, John, James and Freddy!)

Yeah that is so cool. Couldn't believe it myself. I've added the solution page link to the Gdoc already.

Yep, TA II confirmed.

Jesus, don't even mess with that... This night I dreamed that the puzzle was finally solved and not only DT14 would be TA II, but the band would also have signed a contract to produce a third album as a prequel to TA.

I enjoyed TA a lot, but this would be too much. Hell, no  :lol

Mangini it’s doing a 2, Myung 4, James 3, Jordan 4, John 5. And in the first picture Jordan does a 1 while pointing the screen where Symes was hinted. That must means something, does it?
