I love everything about my job... except my salary

Just got off the phone with my boss, he's planning on having three of my colleagues in Dublin start reporting to me as soon as he talks with them about it and gets it squared away with HR Not quite the full team, he's keeping three others reporting directly into him as they handle Change/Testing/Development more than anything else, but still. No immediate title/pay bump, but he's working on it. Should at least get me a free trip to Dublin too
