The Angel & The Gambler by Iron Maiden.

There's some neat ideas here and there, but the song is ridiculously drawn out and overly repetitive. Just thinking about it makes me want to bash my head into a wall.

Who knows. I often mix up TA&TG with The Red and the Black, so maybe the neat ideas are in that song.

All I DO remember off hand for TA&TG is that damn chorus...

Anything by Beyonce. The most overrated singer in history. Sure, she can sing, but that means nothing when the songs are god awful.

Damn you. No. I've seen them three times (and had to bail at the last minute for a fourth about a month ago). Jack Blades is the real deal, and as cheesy as it can be, there's something cool about watching Kelly Keagy sing "Sister Christian" live.

I did live it, and I have good news and bad news for K Lox.

First the bad news....you can use "cool" and "Sister Christian" in the same sentence.

And with my example comes the good news... Sister Christian is definitely NOT cool.

I mean, here comes this band with Ozzy's fill in guitarist paired with Dave Murray's twin brother ln guitars. The lead track is Don't Tell Me You Love Me, which is an absolute cracker. I remember buying the album and it was a pre-Winger Winger experience. What suckage!

Quite frankly, with the stuff I listen to on mainstream radio at times, if Ed Sheeran is the only thing worthwhile to listen to and the only thing on radio, I probably listen to mainstream radio more. I dig the bloke's music.

Probably, if I hear a terrible song once, but never hear it again, I don't really care. It's when it is repeated on and on and on when it becomes annoying. That said, lifting this song from the 80s soundtrack thread:

I looked up a list of Chris Cornell's biggest hits to throw a bone toward Stadler and see if there was something good there. I went through over 15 songs. All of them horrendous. How any of them became big utterly baffles me. "Show Me How To Live" and "Doesn't Remind Me" - ugh. Sorry Stads, still fucking unbearable.
