Squeeze Box is a good song. No shame in liking it. And chkptpie has been around a while a believe.

9 years? Rookie. I'd brag about dealing  with the hoser Chad multiple times.

I only picked two - Getting In Tune and Join Together - but that whole post-Tommy, pre-Who By Numbers period resonates with me so strongly.   5:15.  Love Reign O'er Me.   Love Ain't For Keeping.  Too Much Of Anything... all those songs just hit the right buttons for me.

Not exactly the strongest list of Who material ever.

The Real Me is, IMO, miles better than anything else on this list.  The others I picked:

The Song Is Over
Getting in Tune
5:15

Not being argumentative, but just curious... what do you consider stronger?   Obviously, some of the hits are not there - Fooled, Riley - but that's a really solid list as far as I'm concerned.

For a list of a band's songs that aren't considered radio hits or concert staples, this is a damn fine list.

Regarding The Real Me, I actually like the 1979 version more, it's on the 30 Years of Maximum R&B set. It would probably sound incongruous if inserted in to Quadrophenia. But I like how they funked the song up a bit, for lack of a better descriptor.
