Rhythm.  The only player I really, specifically listen to for their leads is Ritchie Blackmore.

Oh man this is tough. He has some incredible leads but I think his rhythm playing is more signature if that makes sense. He has a fluidity to his rhythm playing that I've seen fewer guitar players master than a solo of his.
