quick comment on The End since i just relistened to that

i get that it's a mathcore band that took a more post-hardcore turn and i guess they do it kinda decently but they brought in mathcore's general lack of melody to the scene which, really doesn't work especially well with post-hardcore. also the ambient track blows. i think this is like, solid, and i'd listen to it again, sure, but i've heard better in both mathcore and post-hardcore (also why were you surprised chiodos was sent if you were planning to send something like this anyways

)

I did actually think you'd like Hands Like Houses so it's a shame they're not interesting you too much. Could re-send but naturally at this stage I'm less confident about the remaining options. Interested to see what else you have in mind.

As a possible tie breaker, I took the liberty to see which one of us had the best average finish in each of the rounds. I basically added up our respective rankings and divided that by the number of rounds.

TAC-average finish: 2.33
Ariich-average finish: 2.33

it'd probably be a better tiebreaker if it was done based on how many people were in the round but i wasn't planning to use that anyways. we'll see after i'm done relistening again (which i am doing right now, btw)
