The Book of Taliesyn is the second studio album by Deep Purple, recorded only three months after Shades of Deep Purple and released by Tetragrammaton Records in October 1968, just before their first US tour. The name for the album was taken from the 14th-century Book of Taliesin.

Shield is out, and we're in the final round of Taliesyn in which Wring That Neck should win of course ;) So my vote goes to Anthem, which is a great tune to be honest though.

Because of a draw I pushed both - Wring That Neck and Anthem into the finals. They totally deserve it and there is no sense in starting a tiebreaker here. I hope You are all agreed with that :) Thank You for that, in a few minutes Deep Purple selftitled album starts.
