I was going to ban the artists that were used in the first roulette, but I've changed my mind. They can be sent once in this roulette only. Just don't go through and try and look for decent scores and send something similar. But I will accept once.

A lot of the bands from the first roulette, I didn't get around to checking, so take note of that when sending as who knows if the reason it's not on the banned list is a good thing or not. I will ban a couple of bands though and will update the OP.

I thought for the year rounds that we could send anything that isn't on the list of albums that you posted for that year? So I didn't really check the banned list for the 2015 round, but I did check it for the open one.

It's quite common in Japanese metal for them to be part Japanese/English etc..... That album could well have made my Top 40 for 2017 but in the end I struggled too much with the vocals for the reasons you mention. Hence the instrumental was sent to ease Kade into them and I will give him a few pointers towards other things to look at . They have a huge catalogue (been around since the 80's) but there's a few gems hidden in amongst it all and the vocals on some albums are far less of a factor than others.
