Forum Themes can now be changed

As per usual, the entire forum has been set back to the default theme, you can switch back to any other theme under your profile settings.

Welcome to my theme! I've tried some others but once you use this soft blue-ish theme you can't get used to anything else.

I usually do this for gifs in avatars or signatures since my internet is terrible.

When I chose this theme it said "4 others using" it.  So now I know who half of them are!

That's all sigs and avatars, though. I only turn off gifs since they make things run slower for me.
