Not where I was going with that, but kudos for the Seinfeld drop.

I thought about it a bit more and I have had less than stellar Kung Pao chicken, so I cannot say unequivocally that it is my favorite chicken dish. Maybe I should go with General Tso.

I really love a good Chicken Kiev. A steakhouse near my home used to have a really good one, but sadly I must have been the only one who ordered it because it's gone

Now I'm reduced to frozen ones, or when my brother and I eat at a restaurant near his place

Good call with the Chicken Kiev Systematic, that might be my fave too! Some steamed rice, green beans and a slice of lemon as a side.

Three things come to mind...

Chicken parm, preferably made by me or my dad.

Chicken tikka masala from the really good local Indian restaurant.

Chicken tenderloins in a spicy white wine and garlic sauce, from another local restaurant. I may try my hand at something like this for sous vide experiment #2 on Wednesday.

Chicken fried chicken. No surprise there. A close second would be going the fajita route. A good lime and chile marinade and some fire makes for a wonderful thing.

I've been told I made a mean oven-roasted whole lemon-garlic chicken. Served with garlic-mashed potatoes; maybe a light gravy from the drippings. Winter staple at our house. Keeps the vampires away too.

What I would order out would be General Tso Chicken with steamed jasmine rice. When it's made well, it is heaven.

I thought about some Indian dishes that I really love, but then I remembered Chicken with Mole sauce which is my favorite Mexican dish so I have to go with that one.

.... you get it, picking one single chicken dish is just too difficult for me.
