Anthrax - Full Discography

Another thrash-binge, this time with Anthrax.  I haven't listened to them for a while and their new docu-series that they're streaming online made me want to go back and hear all of their records.  I've really dug into some albums and songs that I don't spend much time with as opposed to my favorites or their newer albums.

Nice list. I really need to listen to more Ulcerate! I checked out that Vokonis album last week, on the album cover alone. It was alright.

Thanks!
I want to do more deepdives into some bands this year and Ulcerate and Emma Ruth Rundle are the first on my list.
Ulcerate is fantastic. The drumming is insane, he's one of the best metal drummers on this planet.

I've only listened to Ulcerate's latest, but it was pretty good.

Here's today's selection of metal albums released this year, that I've been drawn to for one reason or another (mainly cool looking covers).

One was a little too 'core', two were just kinda straight up death metal (bit tech), one was cool progressive death with sax, but holy shit, the last two...

Evil - Possessed by Evil and Grey Aura - Zwart Vierkant.

These albums were great and serious top 10 contenders. Grey Aura is some weird avant-garde black metal with highlights such as Spanish style flamenco guitar.

The Cult - Ceremony

NICE!!!!   The Jellyfish is, too, but that's more common than The Cult's second best album (IMO) around these parts.

It'd been quite some time since I visited Ceremony. Just might be my fave from the band. The songs have a lot of personality and tons of memorable hooks. The highs of Sonic Temple might be higher, but the last time I listened to that it felt a bit long and samey.

Jeff Beck - Wired
Jeff Beck - Blow by Blow
Frost* - Day and Age
Zombi - Liquid Crystal
Bong - We are, we were and we will have been
Yes - Going for the One
Kataklysm - The Mystical Gate of Reincarnation
Kataklysm - Sorcery
Kansas - Song for America
Slayer - Hell Awaits
Slayer - Reign in Blood
King Crimson - Ladies of the Road
Utopia - Adventures of Utopia

HOF

Supertramp - Breakfast in America. First time with this one (though I know several of the songs). Really enjoying it and wondering why it took me so long to explore this band.

How it's it?  I've had access to a promo copy for a while, but was distracted with other listening priorities. I should spin it tomorrow morning.
