Gotcha - bootleg called Alive III before the actual Alive III with Kulick and Singer happened.   Sounds like a pretty energetic show  :metal


Whenever I see discussion around the Creatures era , everyone agrees that the solo on Creatures Of The Night (the song) by Vinnie is one of the best ever on a KISS album.  Only trouble is the solo was laid down by Steve Farris of Mr Mister :lol

King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard - L.W.

My favorite album of 2021 thus far. Forms the second part of a double album together with last year's K.G. which is great as well.

BLAZE BAYLEY The War Within Me, 2021 - Absolutely brilliant.  There's been little Blaze solo I've not liked but this takes the last trillogy and ups it just that little more  :metal

THE END MACHINE Phase 2, 2021 - After an okay debut this arguably throws back to Dokken and the sophomore Lynch Mob moreso than anything since then.  Surprisingly great stuff!

MAGNUM Goodnight L.A. 1990 - Don't care what they say loved the less bombast and more direct tunes and still maintain this was one of their best releases ;D

I saw her name somewhere and read about how highly regarded her Norman F-ing Rockwell album is, so I checked it out. This album just rolled around on one of my many Spotify playlists of albums to check out. No idea where the recommendation came from (probably Discover Weekly or good ol DTF) but damn, it was a good listen! Any fans?

I've been sampling a fair bit of her music this year. Something about it really appeals to me and I'm making an effort to listen to more female artists as currently, over 95% of what I listen to, is male vocals.

I gotta stop taking music recommendations from guitar player magazine. This sounds like a lazy attempt at writing a Satriani knockoff record.

Edit: I was too hard on the album, the covers are pretty good, the originals are still meh.
