I've tried listening to this twice now and I keep turning it off after 3 or 4 tracks. The riffs all sound kind of the same to me? I love Todd's contributions to Queensryche but I'm not too sure about this album. Gonna circle back to it later maybe

heh, I just switched in the other direction after 7 consecutive full listens to Forevermore

Surprised at how different it is and how soon in the album those differences emerge

I have a feeling I am going to end up liking this condensed version better, but I'm withholding judgement until I give this one a fair amount of spins. I'm only 1/4 of the way through my first listen.

By the way, thanks again. I got an urge out of the blue to listen to Ayreon, yesterday, and ended up listening to the first CD of 01011001 two and a half times through. Man is that so good; I get literal chills when "We Are Forever" kicks in on the first track.
