Every one of their albums is at least good, if not great. Except Gore. That one is just boring.

I listened to Koi No Yokan when it came out, but I didn't listen anything of their other albums, apart the song Hole In The Earth on Mtv which I remember I liked.
Last year I gave a chance to White Pony and now I have almost completed their discography (Gore is the missing one I still have to check out) and they have become one of my favourite bands ever.
I think it all started when someome sent Digital Bath in a roulette (maybe Puppies?) and I gave the song a listen.

Peter Gabriel - Ovo

Just picked up this CD for the first time. Not sure why I never did before (even though I’ve heard parts of it before). It has Paul Buchanan and Richie Havens on it! So far it’s pretty cool.

The Ocean -  Precambrian   Great metal album from start to end(mix of harsh and clean vocals).  Favorite song: Ectasian :metal

Yeah, that's fair. Eve was a bit more emotional, but The Oubliette is so much heaver and progressive. The instrumentation is fantastic.

I discovered them a couple of years ago. They released an album, On The Eve Of A Goodbye, and I was blown away by it. I sent it to Puppies (I think) in his roulette and he loved it too. It seemed to catch on. It's an intense story telling the tale of a friend of his that killed herself.


The Oubliette is a similar concept album about a guy with Alzheimer's.  But this is much heavier. Some growls used throughout. The Nightmare uses them almost exclusively.
