A fucking masterpiece. So much heavier than On The Eve Of A Goodbye.
The Captive
Dude, you keep draining my wallet. I just ordered the whole freaking discography for him. Checked out the various records on Bandcamp and pulled the trigger.
Do I need to check this out too?
If you like good music you do!
I discovered them a couple of years ago. They released an album, On The Eve Of A Goodbye, and I was blown away by it. I sent it to Puppies (I think) in his roulette and he loved it too. It seemed to catch on. It's an intense story telling the tale of a friend of his that killed herself.
The Oubliette is a similar concept album about a guy with Alzheimer's. But this is much heavier. Some growls used throughout. The Nightmare uses them almost exclusively.
But sample The Captive!
The video is here..
