Okay so this album is way too long but it has some REALLY nice moments, some of my favorite stuff I've heard out of Sufjan. I was expecting more sleepy indie acoustic stuff but the electronic stuff really works. Run Away With Me is a gem

I'd fallen out of love with them after FTATR so never bothered with any of the albums afterwards other than the Live album.

I agree, it's a tad long but still got some magic moment

Woah this new one is really really nice - feels like a warm hug. Very lovely dream pop, neo-psychedelia stuff. Fans say it's their best since Embryo but since I'm not a big fan of that record, it's their best since Yoshimi for me

Holy Santa Claus shit. This is exactly like Summoning, which makes it AWESOME. And the last track is like full on Fairyland, but with epic black metal screaming. I am in love with this and it's skyrocketing to the top of my favorite 2020 metal albums. Highly highly recommended pls listen @Puppies WHERE U AT THO

I listened to their previous album and wasn't overly impressed, but I'm planning on giving this a spin soon.

I just got the DVD for Definitely Maybe, which is the entire album, the entire album but with live versions from the period, and a long documentary on the recording of the album. It is STELLAR. Noel is the bomb; I think he's very funny, and very much in tune. Liam comes off like a petulant thug, but Noel is laid back, funny, and even self-deprecating at times.
