Have you guys heard the Steven Wilson remix of TOTRnR,TYTD? It's so clear it's truly amazing!

That whole soundtrack is amazing ambience, but From Past To Present and Far Horizons are spellbinding tracks.

Just finished, had to break it up due to meetings at work. Those two tracks were killer. I went online and bought the vinyl of both the atmospheres and the 4 lp set.

Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.  ;D
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

imagine if the entire album was "berceuse" 9 times. that's a perfectly fine hirsch effekt song, but it's not one with a lot of flavor or power to it. that's kinda what this album felt like on first listen. way less diverse and vibrant than what i know they're capable of. mostly, it feels like a regression to me. eskapist was maybe a minor step back after the last two albums but in part because it by its nature lacked the cohesion of the holon albums. this album does not lack cohesion, it's almost too singular of a unit. it's probably closest to hiberno in terms of structure, where the songs don't feel like they're meant to stand alone but flow together smoothly, but that album was a lot more wild and dynamic, albeit less focused. there's almost too much focus here. granted, a below-average hirsch effekt album is still a good album by most band's measuring stick, but it's still a disappointment all the same. but at least it was one the singles braced me for? meh. i'll still get it and spin it but i'm not excited by it.

I love the Skyrim OST, but I find the Morrowind OST to be much more to my liking.

Damn, this is good (Arcane - Known/Learned)

Recent discovery for me too, I am listening quite frequently to it. Promise Part2, Unturning, Selfsame, Hunter Heart & Home are my favourites until now

Er, well, I categorize a lot of music I find here as [blank] music, where [blank] = username of someone here. Leech is 'Nekov music' to me  :lol but there's other Nekov music I like way more than that record. It was nice to check out though.

Kverletak I honestly had to look up because I don't remember hearing it. That whole bottom row must've been like one song this week. So that should tell you how much I enjoyed it  :lol
