The Anciients - Voice of the Void   Canadian Band's second album.  Hopefully they will put out another album.  Mixture of clean vocals and mild harsh vocals.  Favorite song - Ibex Eye

According to Youtube I played that 4 years ago. Listening now. i like it but would like it more without the growls. At least they are pretty sparing, at least so far.

One of my favorite 2020 releases so far!
people on this board are actual music fans who developed taste in music and not casual listeners who are following current fashion trends and listening to only current commercial hits.

One of my favorite 2020 releases so far!

I didn't enjoy it much   :lol like it was all right to have in the background at work, but I hated those vocals in Part I. I might give it another go since it's short, though. And the art is awesome.

SOOO GOOD. Like wow, it's awesome from start to finish - but Stay the Same is easily my favorite Bonobo song now. That song is AMAZING.

Did you like the Aeternam album, Katt? If so, all their other albums are worth exploring too.

Not really, no. I only listened because one of my friends sang some background vocals on the record while they were recording it some months ago and she was telling me about it. There's some stuff on there I like but as a whole the extreme sound they have doesn't do much for me; if they went more in a direction like Orphaned Land's last album, I'd probably have dug it way more. I did however add a few songs to my favorites playlist, like Lunar Ceremony.

Speaking of Orphaned Land, their vocalist also did some backing vocals on this album.

Top 3 Opeth album on my list.  Mixture of harsh and clean vocals.  Favorite song - The Amen Corner
