Vector is meh, The Mountain is their real masterpiece imo.

I've never checked out Haken despite all the talk about them on DTF. I'll give The Mountain a spin sometime soon.

me either actually (until today), despite having friends of mine telling me how (supposedly) great they are (no judgement from me about that aspect though) and the fact that there obviously seems to be some kind of hype that surrounds Haken (even going as far as saying that Haken were to be DT's "heirs to the throne" of prog as it were)
anyway, back to topic: Alter Bridge: Walk The Sky
before that was: Gustav Mahler: Symphony No. 6 (Berliner Philharmoniker, Sir Simon Rattle conducting) (one of my favourites by Mahler, very dark)

Pain of Salvation - Falling/The Perfect Element. You can't have one without the other, nor two without the others, so from here I listened through all of The Perfect Element, Part I. What an album, eh?

This seemed easier on the ears than their last album, from what I remember. I liked it, but while it's not really long, they could've still trimmed 10 minutes easily.

Doom metal from Sweden, project born from the Candlemass mastermind but now basically in the hands of the guitarist and the amazing female singer.
