I'm gonna be honest here, this might be one of the worst albums I've heard all year. It's the single most edgeless, featureless metal album I think I've ever heard. I only got four tracks deep before giving up trying to find anything remotely interesting about it.

one thing i notice about this album is that it's a notably slower album tempo-wise, doesn't really have the same energy as their latest. the djent-y clunker is also the opener this time which may or may not be a worse place than the closer but the rest of the album after that is pretty solid stuff, not as memorable or loaded with personality but still enjoyable enough for what it is, will probably revisit
