Came across this album on Spotify (never heard of this artist before) and I really enjoyed my first listen of it. Very Anathema-esque, but with a bigger focus on piano and space. Pretty dreary but also quite beautiful.

Bjorn Riis is awesome! He's from the band Airbag, who are also awesome. I know Evermind is a big fan of both too.

Another album I found through this week's Spotify discovery playlist. Cyril would probably enjoy this one. The song You're Gonna Hate What You've Done is particularly great.

Just got in the mail today Jakko Jakzyk’s new one, Secrets & Lies as well as Mark Kelly’s Marathon. Started on Jakko just to rip it because I’ve heard it already and was gonna then go straight to the Marathon album, but now I’m kind of hooked on the Jakko one. The Trouble With Angels is a beautiful track.
