Back to Miley's new album. Easily her best album imo. Never Be Me is the best song she's ever made. Seriously loving this record. Actually feels like she's using the full potential of her voice

Tracy Chapman - New Beginning

An artist I've never been sent in a roulette but has taken me by surprise. Four time Grammy winner... never heard of her. This record, however, is kicking my ass. Soft, soulful blues folk rock type stuff, it is an absolute mood. Give Me One Reason is the big song. Highly recommended

the one before that features Manu Katché on drums. (and Omar Hakim on drums as well and Tony Levin on bass) Rather a good one as well. (it's called Matters Of The Heart and it came out in 1992. )

During work I switched from albums to just putting my iPod on shuffle.

The one full album I recently played a lot is The Ocean’s Precambrian. Great metal album.

Pleasantly surprised.  Edit: Except for that Finally Free outro - Mangini made that a hot mess.

Listening to the new Fates Warning for the first time. Streaming from Spotify. The last one I bought a physical copy of was Darkness in a Different Light but I'm thinking now I perhaps need to get these latest releases on CD too. I'm not sure what to make of this just yet, some songs have been very good while others a bit on the boring side.

Ps. first post on forum. Been lurking here for a while, registered a year ago. Used to post on some other underground metal forums but the people on those forums were never into this kind of stuff. So when I found this place I thought what the hell, might as well check it out and read some. Forum seems cool and there's so much content I feel I'm drowning a bit.
