I had hard time getting into this, to be honest, I was pretty sure this was going to get eliminated after just one listen. But... fortunately I listened it much more times. After a few listens pieces started falling into place and I started to get it. Now, I think this song is gorgeous, not 100% my style, but still very good. It reminds me of something but can't quite put my finger on it, bonus points if someone can tell me

I love the atmosphere of the song, great build-up and vocal harmony.

On the other hand, there's a song I liked from the start, the one that hit me hard. It's pretty accessible, with nice vocal melodies and waltz-y rhythm, that orchestral feel. It's one of those bittersweet songs I love. I love the orchestration on it, especially strings and how well his voice works with them. It's just my kind of song, nothing more to say. BTW I like how you always send something different than others, and it's always very interesting music

Obviously, its soupy's Ringing the Changes by The Miserable Rich. I loved it!

However, Ringing the Changes wasn't my favorite of the round. There's another song I liked even more. Again, it's the song I fell in love with from the first listen. It has everything I like: emotion, some heaviness, catchy melodies, nice guitar solo... One of the songs I want to sing from the top of my lungs. I also like the singer a lot. It's actually rare to hear singer using those vocal ornaments (is that the word) in this kind of music, makes it really interesting. And that build-up... man

this may even be my favorite song of the roulette so far

I've listened to some The Antlers songs and I thought that you could like Knut. I don't like the song I sent as much as the others of the same album, it's maybe my least favourite.

This was very hard decision to make. Both song were a bit worse that the first tree but not by far and both were equally good. Well, almost equally. And those are completely different: one is indie rock and the other is atmospheric black metal. For alt-J, I expected something more mainstream sounding or generic (don't know why, I just did) and was pleasantly surprised. It's catchy and atmospheric, with some orchestral elements I liked. Actually, nothing wrong about it. On the other hand, I never heard of Mare Cognitum. That song was a journey. Epic, atmospheric black metal, the kind I like. However, when it comes to black metal, it can take time to get into my ear. Also, I must say the length didn't help. With pieces like this, over 13 minutes long, listening sometimes feel like a chore to me (I don't like long song that much). I liked this though. But... I have to eliminate one of you and it's Parama. Sorry, man, this was really good stuff but I liked everything else a bit more $:-\$ Thanks for participating, I will check out most bands you sent in this roulette.
