I'm surprised no one included Octavarium in here.  I embarrassingly didn't notice the Jingle Bells snippet in the song for several years.

I love Vince Guaraldi - A Charlie Brown Christmas.  Actually, I love just about everything related to Peanuts/Snoopy, including the music.

Aside from those, Christmas Wrapping by The Waitresses and any of the "classic" Christmas songs are favorites.

If you're looking for a sad Christmas-related song, Joni Mitchell's "River" is awesome.  Reminds me of being single on Christmas.

Apparently I'm still embarrassed, because I still haven't noticed it.  Time stamp/section?
17:47, on the studio recording.
Hef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.

Never noticed it either!

But, even if it was common knowledge, a snippet in a 24 minutes epic does not authomatically turns it into a "christmas song", at least for me  :D
I use my sig to pimp some bands from Italy! Check out Elvenking (Power / Folk metal), Folkstone (Rock / Medieval metal), Arcana Opera (Gothic/Noir/Heavy metal) and the beautiful voice of Elisa!

Right?  It's like a movie set during the holidays isn't automatically a "Christmas movie".  ;) :)

No, it doesn't.

Who knows the songs "Backdoor Santa" by Clarence Carter, and "Christmas Time (Don't Let the Bells End)" by The Darkness?

https://open.spotify.com/track/46w8k81V0eSBx64XuVHxT2?si=2DYBMpq-SVOE8leYL7t4xg

These are my two go to picks! I'm not sure how big the Darkness song is outside of the UK, but I would say it was the last truly great Christmas hit.

The video of JR in the Santa outfit kinda gives it away, eh?  https://youtu.be/2gf8_kVS1OE?si=oZhu776tRQslpDOV&t=1225

Just had this song come on our Christmas playlist...

S Club 7 - Never Had a Dream Come True

https://open.spotify.com/track/0fIG0HBRIjLRNDHAogtwSB?si=j5ukoskySZunpK5_XDYfEA

It's not a Christmas song as such, but it waa a Christmas No. 1 here in the UK, in the early 00s. I don't give two fucks, I best this out every single year. It is a beaut of a song.

Anyone outside of the UK have any clue what I'm talking about?
