Well I made it to Denver and must say my head is spinning a bit going back and forth, luckily it's fairly quiet and no one is up my ass today so I am just going to take care of some easy work for the next few hours before I call it a night and enjoy one of Denver's green offerings.

Yea, I plan on trying it. My friend got a win last night and was bragging about it. I'm so annoyed they do a surprise release of a game right up my alley the week I'm not home to play it. At least today was a good day at work, made significant progress on everything and look to be in much better shape to finish early next week.

Yea March is when we find out our raises and whatnot. I expect 3 or 4% and I'm eligible for a bonus now with our new overlords so we will see how that goes.

We eligible for 5% bonus and 10% raise. There is a max cap on amount you can make with your title but I'm far from that cap so I'm hoping for the full 10%. I've made a hell of a case as to why I deserve it.

Yea you've mentioned before about your good performance, 10% is a huge bump though, hopefully you get that.

I'm starting to wonder how much more I can make at this job without getting another promotion which seems unlikely. I dont see any moving up in my future here but so far I've gotten 3-4% raise every year. I got to imagine at some point they arent going to keep doing that. But then again with the company buyout last year, who knows. I've got a retention bonus to keep me here for 2 years but it's not that much to really make me want to stay if I get pigeonholed. I keep telling my gf, this is my last year here. This trip is just killing me too so my current state of mind is kind of like "fuck this place" but thatll change when I get a fat check with all this OT.
