Just wanted to say that in the time MP was in the band and his forum was kinda the unofficially-official DT forum for discussions, I was an active lurker. Every day or so I would check it out and keep track of the discussions.

So just know I watched many of you.
For years.
And you didn't know it.

MirrorMask - I was like that too for quite some time until I decided to finally join the MP forum. Oddly it was the political thread that got me to join - I'd never seen such a thoughtful thread with people taking the time to flesh out their opinions and to listen to others vs just insulting each other.

Nice to see familiar faces, er...names over here. I posted rarely but followed often on the MP forum. Getting ready to head to the HAKEN show w/ Sithu Aye. It should be good but I'm a little weary of some local protests that have gotten a little out of hand right where the venue is here in The Lou. Wish Me Luck!

Side note about Tupaloop:
Does anyone else agree with me that when she came back to the forum as "Tupaloop II", she missed a great opportunity to go with "Twopaloop"?

I agree about PMF; he was always going on about DT being "DT Lite" without MP, so I doubt he's on this forum, or at least probably doesn't post much here.

Saw Blackmore's Night August 2nd here in Holland. Was my 6th time going to one of his concerts (3 times Rainbow, 3 times Blackmore's Night). Funny thing is that my wife doesn't like any of my musical tastes, but likes one of my heroes  in his Renaissance outfit.....

Been a Blackmore fanboy ever since the seventies. (Ouch.....I'm getting old).

I was a regular....well not with posting daily but with checking in.Very dissapointed in the guy,never saw him in the way i do now.Well what everybody here already said i agree so i won't make any comments on that.I like the new "Home" although i keep thinking i've must have registered here before.There is a lot to digest here so that's what i'm gonna do!  :biggrin:
