One band that isn't in the list is The Black Roses from the movie of the same name -  horror/heavy metal movie.  Carmine Appice appeared in the movie.

Strange Fruit is from the movie "Still Crazy". This is a very good rock movie about a 70's rock band playing a reunion show after 20 years apart
