I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

Nope.
Only King could mis-spell a LETTER.
Yep. I think the only party in the MP/DT situation that hasn't moved on is DTF.

Made it out to long island for the Def Leppard and Poison concert tonight at the redone Nassau Coliseum.  I've never been to the old one and only heard bad things, but excited to check it out now.  It just re-opened and there's been a bunch of concerts the last two weeks to celebrate the re-opening including tonights.  I was on the fence about going because I saw Def Leppard over the summer and they play the same songs, but I really do like them and figured why not when I snagged a ticket for $100 under face value on stubhub plus I've never seen Poison, never really was a fan, but the setlist looks like a solid selection of songs I enjoy by them plus I would hope Brett Michael's draws a lot of ladies.  :metal :metal :metal

Halo 5?

I actually got it a little over a year ago and haven't played it yet :lol Wanted to finish a playthrough of 1-4 on the Halo 2 Tenth Anniversary Edition before I took the plunge into 5, and that just hasn't happened yet.

The only reason I bought an xbox 1 was for Halo.  I played through all of them and love them, but hated how the newest doesn't have split screen.  A huge turn off for me.

Halo 3 was life for me in college. My senior year my two roommates and I each had an Xbox 360, a 22" monitor, and a surround sound system. We would eat dinner and the just drink and wreck people in social slayer until whatever parties that night had started up.

I never did get into Halo. I was always a PC gamer and I really enjoyed the few times I played with my college roommate but as far as FPS's go I play them on PC.

Yup, I miss social slayer with friends locally while playing online.

It's Sunday! Which means it's that time of year once again to celebrate the return of a 2000 year old guy who spread the word of peace, only to die and rise again.

Of course I'm talking about the return of Doctor Who! :metal

I keep watching the new Kia commercial with Christine Hendricks.

Now I want to buy a Kia.
Hef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.
